Past midnight, plane took off at 0030 and landed after only 5 1/2hrs at 6am. Airport bus at 16CNY is convenient, 7 am to 8 am, traffic nearer city, and we drop at last stop, Beijing Train Station. Walked an hour to CITS for train tickets! Managed to check in early. 12noon to 3pm was all walk - to, through and away from the Temple of Heaven's three sights stops! Walked back again for most parts and caught cab to hotel at 12 CNY or s$2.40. Beat that! Cherry A5 1.6litre is only 70K to 77K or about S$14,ooo!
